Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, North Carolina, West Virginia and Wyoming were added to the list on Saturday, a week after Holder made a similar announcement concerning seven other states. The move comes after the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear appeals of cases that sought to overturn bans on same-sex marriages. ...

Searchers discovered the remains on Oct. 18 on abandoned property near Charlottesville, Virginia, site of the university campus. Graham, 18, of Fairfax, Virginia, had last been seen on Sept. 13, and a Charlottesville man, Jesse Matthew Jr., has been charged in her disappearance.
