(Reuters) - A moderate earthquake rattled a broad swath of Idaho early Saturday, damaging property and causing power outages near its epicenter in the city of Challis, which has endured a string of temblors over the past weeks, authorities said. The quake was measured at a magnitude of 4.9 and was centered about four miles from Chaliss, in the central mountains, but was felt as far away as Boise, a 190-mile drive to the southwest, the U.S. Geological Survey said. Attorneys for Tsarnaev, 21, had also sought to have the trial moved out of Boston, the site of the April 15, 2013, bombing, which stands as the largest mass-casualty attack on U.S. soil since Sept. 11, 2001. The crash Friday night killed 49-year-old Marty Gutzler, his 45-year-old wife Kimberly Gutzler, their nine-year-old daughter Piper Gutzler and 14-year-old Sierra Wilder, a cousin, according to Kentucky State Police. The family was from Nashville, Illinois, police said. The only survivor was a seven-year-old girl who was able to walk to a nearby home to seek help. (Reuters) - Two fetuses were found on Friday wrapped in a blanket that had been ditched on the side of a residential southern California street, authorities said. The San Diego County Sheriff's Office said in a statement that the fetuses, both of them at least 20-weeks-old and fully formed, were discovered on Friday afternoon in the city of Fallbrook. "Each fetus had its own umbilical cord, which were both still attached to one placenta," the statement said.
