The documents, requested by US media outlets which reported on their contents Tuesday, say passenger David Dao was "aggressive," and that one of the three officers attempting to remove him from his seat on United Flight 3411 had lost his grip when Dao flailed his arms, causing the 69-year-old to fall and injure himself. The reports also for the first time identified the three Chicago Department of Aviation officers on the plane, one of whom wrote that they had used "minimal but necessary force" to remove Dao from the packed flight to Louisville, Kentucky.

| Government costs could rise $2.3 billion without Obamacare payments: study Posted: 25 Apr 2017 04:43 AM PDT  The U.S. government's costs could increase by $2.3 billion in 2018 if Congress and President Donald Trump decide not to fund Obamacare-related payments to health insurers, according to a study released Tuesday by the Kaiser Family Foundation. The payments amount to about $7 billion in fiscal year 2017 and help cover out-of-pocket medical costs for low-income Americans who purchase insurance on the individual insurance exchanges created by the Affordable Care Act, often called Obamacare.
