Rojas, who is from the Bronx area of New York City, had been arrested twice for drunken driving, in 2008 and 2015, and once this month on a charge of menacing for threatening another man with a knife, police said.

| US condemns China after jet flies upside-down above American 'nuclear sniffer' plane over East China Sea Posted: 19 May 2017 05:41 AM PDT  Two Chinese jets fighters conducted an "unprofessional" intercept of US aircraft over the East China Sea, according to military sources. The 'nuclear sniffer' plane was sent to monitor radiation levels in the area, in accordance with international law, and regularly completes missions in North East Asia, according to Air Force spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Lori Hodge. On Wednesday, the two Chinese jets came within 150 feet of the sniffer plane, according to US Air Force, and one flew upside down directly above the American plane.
